It was a pleasant stay in Bayview! Nice rooms and bathroom, beautiful views with and quiet location. Everytime you go down to the city for the dinner, you burn half of the dinner calories on the way back to the top. Hotel manager was a nice guy, thank you!

Loved every minute! From our initial emails with Graham, through our many positive interactions with the incredibly-helpful staff, to our final hugs & waves goodbye, our 3 night stay at Bayview Gardens, overlooking beautiful busy Labuanbajo harbor and the myriad islands beyond was absolutely Perfect! The setting and views are beyond incredible, the plantings are gorgeous and well-tended, and our room, were delicious, as were the two special dinners we enjoyed in the restaurant!Would love love love to come back one day Sincere good wishes to one and all!!

The rooms have lovely views. I think by this reason it is far the best hotel you can get in Labuan Bajo.
The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. They helped us with the extension of our visa at the local immigration office, so we did not loss a diving day. Really great! Normally it takes two days to arrange everything. Now we only had to pick it up.

The room is very spacious, clean, cozy, and has a perfect view of the harbour and sea from the room!! It has very comfortable bed too! The staff are friendly and service are awesome! The manager is very helpful, super friendly and fun! =) Would definitely come back and stay in this hotel for my next visit to Labuan Bajo.

Fantastic! Friendly, clean, and the view could not be better. Good, strong AC. Sign up and breakfast is delivered to your private patio. They are adding a pool that will make the hotel even more appealing. Do be aware that you will need to walk down (and then back up) many stairs and briefly along the road to get into town for meals, diving, etc. The view is well worth it, however. Gorgeous.

Bayview Gardens is an essential part of my visits to Labuanbajo. Very close to the airport so you can be relaxing from that long trip with one of the best harbour views anywhere. Staff are lovely, breakfast a great treat. The Bayview likes comfortable simplicity. Do try Seraya Island for that. What you have at Bayview is a secure base in LBJ with helpful people. Looking forward to my next stay, maybe in the new Harbour Master development. Many thanks once again to Graham, Silvester and all the team!.

I dealt with Graham on email before arriving at the hotel and he was very helpful, speedy with his responces and easy to deal with. On check in Teddy at reception was very lovely and our room was stunning. The view is fabulous and the terraces are just delightful to sit out and take it all in from. The breakfasts are brought to your door and to your specification from the night before which was very good and straightforward. Hubert at the front desk was brilliant. He arranged a great fun day trip for us with Max as our driver out to a waterfall and then a cave on the way back.

We stayed here for two nights of of four nights stay in Labuan Bajo. It’s located down in the center of the little town and has an amazing setting above the town of Labuan Bajo and private balconies from which to enjoy the view and the sunset. They were building an infinity pool when we were there, so I guess it is even much better now. The rooms are nice and clean, the staffs are very friendly and they helped us arrange our boat trip to Komodo and the breakfast is delicious.

We stayed 7 nights whilst doing some diving with Dive Komodo. The rooms were great, clean and serviced regularly. Your breakfast was brought to your room/balcony. The new rooms and pool looked nice! We used the room towels on day trips and clean fresh ones were replaced each time.

This place has an awesome view from any room. Our room, room 7, located right in the center has uninterrupted view from the balcony as well as bedroom. The room has an extra king single bed, which we don’t need, however, great to have some extra space to put stuff around.

The balcony where we had early morning breakfast before diving everyday had the best view. The sunsets over the harbour from there were gorgeous. The staff was pleasant and helpful. You might want to rent a scooter as it’s a bit of a climb from the restaurants and dive shops around.

This hotel is a work in progress with the property, over time, being partly rebuilt. We had the opportunity to be the first guests in one of the new rooms and a very pleasant week’s stay it was. The room is large with outstanding views over Labuan Bajo and the harbour and islands beyond. Hard to fault with everything being…
