CaturZ is the 1er vegetarian / vegan cafe restaurant in Labuan Bajo! We serve Indonesian traditional food with a twist, made exclusively with seasonal and fresh local products. We do not use convenience food or chemicals of any sort. CaturZ is also reducing the use of plastic and food waste by not selling water bottles and using straws, as well as feeding animals with the food remains.

It was 2010 when we discovering the beauty of Labuan Bajo, a small fishing town and hidden natural paradise, inspiring the founder – Chef Patron Marco Bertini, to bring Italian traditions in cooking and growing organic produce in this area.
