Standard check-in time is at 1 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
Do you allow early check-in and late check-out?
We honor requests for early check-in and late check-out, but availability is subject to confirmation.

Stay connected during your stay with Free WiFi in every room.
Can I store my bag?
Yes, we offer luggage storage free of charge.
Can I bring my pet inside the hotel?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in our rooms or any of our common areas.
Do you offer parking slots for hotel guests?
We offer covered motorbike parking only. No car parking is available.
Do you offer accommodation for the physically challenged?
Bayview Gardens Hotel is perched on a hillside with stairs and ramps to every room. It is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
What is your linen & damage policy?
Charges apply for stains and damage caused intentionally or unintentionally. Penalties vary depending on the damage and are determined by the Manager.
What is your smoking policy?
A designated smoking area is provided. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside rooms. Ashtrays are provided outside rooms.
If I need assistance with my flight whom do I contact?
Our front desk can assist you with flight information, reconfirmation, and airline schedules.
Do you offer an airport shuttle service?
Yes, a personal pick-up service is available with 3 hours’ notice for IDR 110,000. Alternatively, airport taxis are available for IDR 70,000.

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Yes, but a Credit Card Authorization (CCA) form is required if using another person’s credit card.
Does the online rate include breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is included in the rate.

No, room rates are based on total occupancy regardless of age.
Can I change my room type upon check-in?
Yes, subject to availability and applicable charges.
Are extra beds available?
No, our furniture is built-in and we do not offer extra beds.

Guests may visit, but overnight stays beyond room capacity incur extra charges.
Do I have privacy in my room?
Yes, a physical privacy tag is available. You can also request the front desk to take messages.
Can I control the temperature in my room?
Yes, rooms are equipped with adjustable air conditioning.
What bath amenities do the rooms have?
Rooms include towels and toiletries based on the number of registered guests.
Does my room have a safe deposit box?
Yes, a safe is provided in every room for valuables. The hotel is not liable for any losses.
Will I be safe during my stay?
We maintain 24-hour security at the hotel.

Due to the hillside layout, the hotel is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges.

No rollaway beds or cribs are listed. Some villas offer sofa beds—please inquire in advance.
What is the maximum occupancy per room?
Standard rooms: 2 adults. Villas: up to 2 adults and 1 child or extra guest on a sofa bed.
Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed at Bayview Gardens Hotel.

How deep is the water in the pool?
The hotel features an infinity pool that is not suitable for small children. Children must be supervised at all times.
What facilities does the hotel offer?
Two infinity pools (adults only), restaurant, bar, coffee house, snack bar, room service, free Wi-Fi, airport shuttle (extra charge), non-smoking rooms, and 24-hour security.
Is there parking at the hotel?
No on-site parking is available, only motorbike parking.

Massages and body treatments including pedicures, facials, and full-body massages are available for a fee.
